Review by hotel critic
As a history professor with a penchant for Poland's rich past, my recent stay at this hotel in the heart of Krakow's old town was a blend of comfort and convenience. The spacious room, adorned with modern furnishings, provided a tranquil retreat after long days of historical exploration. In the atrium, a free-flowing coffee machine beckoned, a delightful spot to unwind and recharge amid the echoes of the past.Dining at the hotel's restaurant was a culinary journey through traditional European flavors, beautifully showcased in each dish. Nestled amidst a stone garden, the ambiance was serene, adding a touch of elegance to every meal. For a change of scenery, the nearby eateries, like the renowned Black Duck and Pod Aniolami, offered diverse dining options worth savoring. While the breakfast buffet paled in comparison after a few days, the gastronomic delights of the hotel's restaurant compensated generously. The staff's attentiveness and the hotel's prime location near notable landmarks made my stay not just pleasant but memorable. For travelers seeking a taste of Krakow's history interwoven with contemporary comforts, this hotel emerges as a beacon of hospitality and culinary ingenuity.
